A batch reference groups material prepared or reviewed together. A unique verification code links a particular PepWow label to its record inside the official PepWow app.
What to compare
After scanning, compare the product name, declared format, strength and batch reference with the physical label. A difference should be checked with PepWow support.
If no record appears
Check similar-looking characters and try the printed code manually. A missing result does not by itself prove a label is counterfeit, but it should be investigated before relying on the record.
